First of all, I would say Happy Galungan and
Kuningan day for you. :-)

Yes, now we will discuss about the water guava.
hmmm, water guava? Water Guava is a fruit that we often
hear. This fruit has a different flavor, there are sweet,
but some are sour. But, I'm not to discuss about the taste of water guava fruit, but I
discussed the benefits of water guava fruit.
I have feel the benefits of water guava, when I eat this fruit, feels very refreshing and good for health. So let's see the benefits of the water guava fruit.
"Please.... can i eat it?"

Before knowing what the benefits of water guava,
important to know what are the compounds
existing in water guava fruit. compounds is
protein, carbohydrates, calcium, or iron Fe,
magnesium, potassium, zinc, copper, acid
citrate, phosphorus, fiber, vitamin C and vitamin A,
niacin, riboflavin, thiamin and many
other. Many of these substances from water guava
perfect enough to make benefits for the human body.

Very Useful For Pregnant Women

As we know, water guava fruit is full of vitamins A, Vitamin A is very beneficial for pregnant women, because during pregnancy, women need more vitamin A than when she is not pregnant.

Maintain Healthy Skin

Right!  we also know that the water guava fruit has vitamin C which is very good for skin and immunity.
By eating water guava every day, will be able to maintain a healthy body and skin. and can make the body feel fit. Very useful right?
In addition to maintaining healthy skin, water guava fruit can also relieve stress and wrinkles under the eyes.

So, my conclusion:
eating water guava fruit every day can make our body healthy. :-)

    I like eating fruit including this one. Water guava is not really difficult to find. Sometimes, we can see them around in a harvest season and of course no need to pay some decent money to enjoy them :)
